Danny Peña

Danny Peña has been involved in aviation services with ERMC for over 16 years and knows what the job requires from bottom to top. He is an experienced operations manager with a history of successfully managing industrial maintenance personnel, projects, and processes.

He began with ERMC at the Palm Beach International Airport as an equipment technician. It didn’t take long for him to move up the ranks to Supervisor and then Facility Manager at that airport. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Regional Director over Southeast Operations, reporting directly to the President of ERMC. His thorough knowledge of airport equipment systems and high-level equipment maintenance expertise are invaluable.

Besides knowledge, his loyalty has set an example, pushing his team to deliver excellent results consistently and to be responsive to the needs of customers. He credits much of his success to the ethic instilled in him during his time with the U.S. Army as a Motor Pool Manager, where he gained priceless experience training and managing his peers and helping his team to succeed.

His attention to detail and ability to bring out the best in employees while streamlining processes for efficiency and efficacy are key as ERMC strives to be the premier service provider of choice in the Aviation Services industry.
