Stuart Orrin

Stuart Orrin has a diverse range of work experience that spans over several industries. Stuart started their career in 1996 as a Junior Accountant at Braiswick Photographic and then moved on to become a Management Accountant at DFDS Logistics Ltd in 2000. Stuart later joined MID ESSEX GRAVEL LIMITED as a Financial Controller in 2003. In 2011, Stuart took on the role of Financial Director and General Manager at Warley Park Golf Club. Stuart then became the Financial Director of Cliffords Ltd in 2008, where they managed the financial aspects of the group, including golf clubs and land holdings. Currently, Stuart is serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd, a long-established family firm known for supplying a wide range of machinery.

Stuart Orrin has a strong educational background in accounting and business/management. Stuart obtained an FCCA / ACCA degree from FCCA (1997-2002). Prior to that, they completed 4 A-Levels in maths, law, economics, and business studies at Colchester Sixth Form (1994-1996). Stuart's secondary education was at Manningtree School (1989-1994), where they achieved 9 GCSEs in various subjects. In terms of additional certifications, Stuart is currently pursuing the Non-Executive Directors Development Programme from In Professional Development (InPD), with an expected completion year of 2023.
