Aaron Fisher

Aaron Fisher, PhD, serves as the Vice President Of Business Development at Ernest Maier, Inc., where responsibilities include managing the PaveDrain permeable paver system and providing strategic direction to elevate the company's position in performance building envelope materials. Prior to this role, Aaron held positions such as Technology and Innovation Manager at The Water Research Foundation, focusing on utility-oriented water innovations, and Program Manager at Energetics, leading energy consulting efforts. Aaron's entrepreneurial experience includes founding SafeLiCell Inc., a start-up dedicated to developing safer polymer electrolytes for lithium batteries. With a strong academic foundation, Aaron obtained a BS in Chemistry from Duke University and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland, where research involved synthesizing novel ionic liquid scaffolds and optimizing battery electrolytes.
