Shisheer Manohar

Shisheer Manohar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Shisheer started their career in 1999 as a Senior Catering Assistant at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Shisheer then held various leadership roles in food and beverage at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, including managing the famous afternoon tea operation at The Savoy London. Shisheer also worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Le Meridien in the United Arab Emirates as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, where they opened new dining concepts and was responsible for general operations and team development. At Westin Hotels & Resorts, they served as the Director of Food and Beverage. Shisheer later joined The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon as the Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage, overseeing the F&B operations of a luxury business hotel. Shisheer then worked at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as the Complex Director of Food and Beverage, leading pre-opening activities. At David Jones, they served as the Head of Food and Beverage (Pre-Opening). Most recently, they joined Kinetic as a Customer Service Manager and was later promoted to Service Delivery Manager, responsible for overall service delivery of round-the-clock operations.
