Deepali Saraya

Deepali Saraya is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in tax management and financial consultancy. Currently serving as Tax Manager at Eros Group since September 2021, Deepali oversees corporate tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation for the group, including freezone entities. Prior to this role, Deepali held positions as Finance Executive at ASB Development Ltd., Senior Finance Manager at Deepak K Thakkar & Associates, and Assistant Consultant at Mentor Capital Services. Deepali began the career as Article Assistant at Vijay Ram Behari & Co. Deepali is a Chartered Accountant and has completed a Valuation Course at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, along with a Master's degree in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University.
