Anne-Therese Cromwell

Anne-Therese Cromwell is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager for National Accounts at ERS since July 2019. Prior experience includes holding leadership roles at the Chartered Insurance Institute, such as Vice President, President, and Deputy President of Reading, from February 2016 to May 2021. Anne-Therese also worked as a Senior Development Manager at AXA Commercial Lines and as a Sales Development Consultant at NFU Mutual. Early career experience includes various positions at AXA Commercial Lines, including Account Manager and Commercial Lines Underwriter, and as an Insurance Broker at A-Plan Insurance. Anne-Therese holds a Joint Honors degree in Sociology and Psychology, Social Politics and Work Psychology from the University of the West of England, completed in 2003.
