Chase Lyday is an experienced professional specializing in K-12 education safety and law enforcement. Currently serving as a K-12 Education Specialist at ERS Wireless, Chase focuses on providing innovative solutions and superior customer service to enhance student safety. As Executive Director and President of the Indiana School Resource Officers Association, Chase leads statewide safety initiatives and conferences. Previously, Chase held the position of Chief of Police at Avon Community School Corporation and served as Executive Director of Decatur Township Drug Free Coalition, leading drug prevention and law enforcement initiatives. With a background that includes serving as a Police Officer for Decatur Township School Police and a Deputy Sheriff for the Marion County Sheriff's Office, Chase has extensive experience in public safety and security, complemented by educational credentials from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy and Marion County Sheriff's Training Academy.
