Milana's responsibilities involve the development and enhancement of compliance systems, particularly in conflict of interest risk and securities compliance, and the implementation of internal compliance policies in line with evolving regulations. Milana has spearheaded initiatives like GDPR implementation and employee training programs across various compliance domains.
