Felix Ritschel

Felix Ritschel has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Felix started by working as a Praktikant at dormakaba in February 2016. Felix then went on to establish their own company, BeNetworked UG, where they served as the Inhaber from February 2016 to March 2018, and later as the Gründer from April 2018 onwards. In July 2020, Felix worked as a Marketing Manager at Janus Digital for a brief period of one month. Currently, they are employed at Erste Hausverwaltung as an Entrepreneur in Residence since September 2021, and has recently taken on the position of Growth Manager starting in December 2022.

Felix Ritschel attended Gymnasium Hohenlimburg and obtained their Abitur in 2017, completing their secondary education. Afterward, they enrolled at the International School of Management in Germany, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Management. Felix studied at the school from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, in 2022, they attended the International School of Business in Dublin to earn a Certificate in Digital Marketing with a focus on Digital Marketing.
