Scott Serdoz

Scott Serdoz is a seasoned professional with significant experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as the Regional Supply Chain Manager at Ervin Cable Construction LLC since March 2016, Scott also co-founded US Chia in August 2010, where responsibilities include operations, logistics, and scientific development related to domestically grown chia seeds. Prior to these roles, Scott was the Laboratory Manager at the University of Kentucky from October 2006 to July 2015, overseeing a research lab focused on enhancing plant variety competitiveness in agriculture. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Kentucky.
