Mariana Costa Checa

Mariana Costa Checa is a prominent leader and social entrepreneur dedicated to empowering women and fostering diversity in the digital economy in Latin America. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Laboratoria+ since May 2023, Mariana aims to enhance women's leadership and professional growth. As Co-Founder and President of Laboratoria since March 2014, Mariana has developed immersive bootcamps to equip women with technical and life skills.
