Jennifer Arriola

Jennifer Arriola has worked in multifamily property management since 1995 with Related Property Management, R&B Realty Group/Legacy Partners, The Irvine Company, and most recently Essex Property Trust. During her tenure, Jennifer provided leadership and direction to management teams of six to nine properties at a time; gaining experience in acquisition/disposition, new construction, lease-ups, and property renovations. In her most recent role, she oversaw a portfolio of 2,200 units in Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Camarillo.

At E&S Ring, Jennifer is currently responsible for overseeing daily operations for properties within the E&S Ring Ventura County portfolio, including budget preparation, financial reporting, staff selection, and project completion. Ms. Arriola is an ARM, Accredited Residential Manager, through IREM.
