Björn Gräfer

Björn Gräfer has extensive experience in the fields of engineering and management, currently serving as Prokurist, Niederlassungsleiter, and Technischer Referent Fahrerassistenz at ES-Tec GmbH since August 2018, focusing on driver assistance systems and strategic development. Prior to this, significant contributions were made as a Systementwickler for Volkswagen in project management, system engineering, and technology development. Björn Gräfer also co-founded Gräfer Ingenieure in July 2021 and has held various roles in prestigious institutions, including student assistant positions at Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V. and Technische Universität Braunschweig. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Braunschweig.
