B. Mohan is the VP of Finance at ESAB India. B. has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. B. has worked in various industries including automotive, manufacturing, and now welding and cutting.

Mohan started their career in 1996 as the Financial Controller and Company Secretary for Valeo Friction Materials India Limited. B. then moved to Amalgamations Valeo Clutch Limited in 2003, where they served as the General Manager of Finance and Company Secretary. In 2005, they joined ESAB India.

Mohan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Accountant (CA). B. has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Madras University.
