George Mathios

George Mathios is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in high-level management and strategic development across diverse industries. As the CEO and Vice Chairman of ESA Security Solutions S.A. since June 2019, Mathios successfully guided the company towards profitability and significantly increased turnover, positioning ESA as an industry leader in Greece. Previously, Mathios founded and led DIGEA S.A. through a crucial national project for the transition to digital TV, and held leadership roles at HSBC and The Coca-Cola Company, where impactful marketing and activation strategies were implemented. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business, alongside multiple advanced degrees in business and engineering from prestigious institutions.
