Jerzy Flik

Jerzy Flik has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Jerzy currently works at Esatto as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Team Leader, starting in November 2021.

Prior to Esatto, Jerzy worked at Intel Corporation from November 2014 to November 2021. Jerzy started as a Software Engineer and later became a Software Engineering Manager in July 2018.

Before joining Intel Corporation, Jerzy worked at Synopsys Inc as an Analog Design Engineer from March 2014 to November 2014.

Jerzy's earlier work experience includes working at Terma Sp. z o.o. as an Inżynier systemów wbudowanych from September 2012 to March 2014, and an internship as an RF Designer at Ericsson in July 2012 to August 2012.

Jerzy Flik completed their education from 2008 to 2012 at Gdańsk University of Technology, where they earned a Magister inżynier degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jerzy has obtained several certifications related to Agile Development Practices, Agile Foundations, Agile Team Building, Agile User Stories Planning, Agile versus Waterfall Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management. Jerzy received these certifications in May 2021 from LinkedIn.
