Dr. Jill Balzer

Dr. Jill Balzer currently serves as an Administrator Coach at ESC Region 11 since June 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Balzer was the Executive Director at Fort Worth ISD from October 2019 to June 2023 and held the position of Principal at Birdville ISD from August 2014 to October 2019. Dr. Balzer also worked as a School Principal at Killeen ISD from 2008 until July 2014. Dr. Balzer earned a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Texas A&M University.
