Manuel Alejandro Gil is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at escala since November 2019, Manuel has previously held leadership roles, including Managing Partner & Co-Founder at both CodeLabs, LLC. and SourceLabs, where significant contributions were made in software consulting and custom enterprise software development. Earlier career highlights include software engineering positions at Signature South Consulting and Itelecom Ltd., as well as managing development projects at ALBET S.A. and academic involvement at the University of Informatic Sciences. Manuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and a degree in Information Technology education from Instituto Superior Politécnico CUJAE and Universidad de Camaguey.
