Kisha Payton

Kisha Payton is an accomplished professional in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as Chief DEI Officer and Global Head of Culture at Escalent since January 2024. Payton previously held various leadership roles at C Space from March 2010 to July 2024, including Global Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer and Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Payton's extensive experience also includes strategic storytelling, brand strategy consulting, and social media management, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive innovative initiatives. Educational credentials include a JD from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Spelman College.
