Janis Norins

Janis Norins is a skilled software developer and artist with extensive experience in 3D development and project management. Currently serving as a 3D Software Developer at Escape Fitness since September 2021, Janis focuses on enhancing a unity-based fitness frame assembling software through user feedback, feature development, and optimization of 3D assets. Previously, Janis held positions as a Junior 3D Artist and Project Manager at Intermedia Expert Ltd., where responsibilities included supervising software project implementation, managing team communication, and applying Agile methodologies to enhance product quality. Additionally, Janis has a background in music production as Head of Music Production at NJ Productions Ltd., demonstrating expertise in production, video direction, and animation. Janis holds a Diploma in Computer Technology from Rigas valsts tehnikums and completed a 3D Modeling Course at CG Masters Academy.
