Miranda Alam, CSM

Miranda Alam has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Miranda most recently worked at Escher Group as a Business Analyst, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager at Razorfish from August 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Razorfish, Miranda worked at MetroStar Systems, where they held multiple roles. Miranda was an Associate Business Analyst from August 2020 to August 2021, a Business Analyst Intern from January 2020 to August 2020, and a Project Coordinator Intern from September 2019 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Campus Leader at South By Sea from January 2019 to May 2020 and as a Coding Instructor at Silver Knights Enrichment from June 2017 to August 2018. Within their roles, Miranda gained experience in business analysis, project coordination, product management, and training.

Miranda Alam, CSM, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Maryland from 2016 to 2020. Miranda then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they are expected to complete from 2022 to 2024. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in May 2020.
