Sunny Loh

Sunny Loh, CPA, CFA, currently serves as Assistant Controller at Escient Pharmaceuticals, beginning in November 2023. Prior to this role, Sunny was Senior Accounting Manager at Elicio Therapeutics from September to November 2023, overseeing general accounting and financial reporting processes in line with US GAAP. From February 2019 to September 2023, Sunny held the position of Senior Accounting Manager at Angion, contributing to the company’s transition from a VC-backed startup to a public entity and navigating significant restructuring efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as Controller at Ayer Capital Management, a hedge fund, from September 2008 to February 2020, and as Senior Associate in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers from May 2004 to September 2008. Sunny holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
