Alayna Fradin

Alayna Fradin is an accomplished accounting professional with a robust background in technical accounting and auditing. Currently, Alayna serves as the Manager of Technical Accounting at Mersana Therapeutics since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Accounting and Senior Accountant at Acceleron Pharma from August 2019 to February 2022. Alayna began a career in accounting at EY, where Alayna progressed from Assurance Intern to Senior Accountant between January 2014 and June 2019. Additionally, Alayna has experience as a Graduate Assistant at Oklahoma State University School of Business, specializing in Cost Accounting.
