Ricky Lindgaard Nielsen

Ricky Lindgaard Nielsen is an experienced professional in the field of software development and project management, currently serving as the Director of R&D at ESCO medical since June 2020, where efforts focus on driving new product development and managing a distributed team across Denmark and Lithuania. Prior roles include Team and Project Manager at Prevas A/S, Software Manager at Unisense FertiliTech A/S, Team Lead and SW Developer at Neurodan A/S, SW Architect at Digianswer/Freescale, and SW Engineer at Mita Teknik, demonstrating a strong background in leading teams, implementing effective methodologies such as SCRUM, and developing innovative software solutions.
