Joe McCadden

Joe McCadden is the current President of Globe Composite Solutions at Esco Technologies. Joe has over 20 years of experience in Finance, with a focus on the Utilities Industry. Joe started their career at Doble Engineering Company in June 2015 as the CFO / VP. In this role, they were focused on the company's mission to support the Utilities Industry. Joe expanded employment and financial opportunities through new product introductions augmented by four acquisitions. Joe also focused on team alignment and increased visibility through a single ERP system. In July 2013, they became the CFO of IEP Technologies LLC. In this role, they were responsible for building all financial functions from scratch, including the implementation of an ERP | MRP system, as well as treasury, cash management, payroll, benefits and internal controls. Joe successfully resulted in a 3X return on investment for the company.

Joe McCadden has a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A in Finance and Insurance from Northeastern University.

Joe McCadden reports to Victor L. Richey, Chairman, President & CEO. They work with Matt Stafford - President, VACCO Industries, Evan Vogel - President NRG Systems, Inc., and David Schatz - SVP, Secretary & General Counsel.
