Stephen Savis

Stephen Savis has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR leadership and people strategies. Stephen is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ESCO Technologies, where they are responsible for implementing HR strategies and practices across the company. Prior to this role, Stephen held various positions at Bayer, including VP of North America Crop Science Human Resources, where they led the HR function for a large team of HR professionals. Stephen also served as the VP of North America and Climate Human Resources at Monsanto, overseeing global digital agriculture initiatives. Stephen has a strong background in HR leadership and has worked in various roles at Monsanto and Pharmacia before joining ESCO Technologies.

Stephen Savis has a strong educational background in the field of business administration and information technology. Stephen obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 1993, focusing on Management and Organizational Behavior. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the same institution between 1993 and 1995, specializing in Management and Marketing. To further enhance their expertise, Stephen also completed a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, which they obtained in 1998.
