Cherie L. currently serves as an Early Childhood Education Specialist at Escondido Union School District since August 2020, following a role as a Career Ambassador for the Child Development Department at San Diego Miramar College from October 2019 to June 2020, where contributions included organizing outreach events and assisting students with career resources. Cherie's early involvement as a Founding Committee Member at Blue Roses Girls involved planning and executing fundraising events and educational programs. Cherie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies - Elementary Education and a Multiple Subjects Credential from San Diego State University, along with an Education Specialist Credential in Early Childhood Special Education from the San Diego County Office of Education and 27 units in Child Development from San Diego Miramar College.
