Mervat Haridy

Mervat Haridy currently serves as an Arabic Instructor at SDSU Research Foundation since October 2022 and as a Special Education Teacher at Escondido Union School District since June 2022. Previously, Mervat worked as a Professional Educator at MAAC from July 2018 to May 2023, where leadership in lesson planning and curriculum development significantly contributed to the organization's success and improved data analysis capabilities. At Escondido Community Child Development Center from October 2016 to July 2018, Mervat established effective classroom procedures, enhancing productivity by 50%, and provided training to internal teams for improved processes. Mervat holds a Bachelor's degree in Quality Control from Mansoura University and an Associate of Arts degree in Human Resources Development from Palomar College.
