Brian Hurst

Brian Hurst has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Manager of Energy Markets at Grand River Dam Authority since October 2012, where responsibilities include renewable and thermal power generation portfolio management, commodity hedging and trading, and asset valuation. Prior roles include Vice President at ESDC Engineering, Trader at Velocity Merchant Energy, LP, and Director of West Trading at both Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy and Williams Company. Brian Hurst holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Northeastern State University, achieved in December 1994.
