Jack Fahel

Jack Fahel has a background in cybersecurity and IT. Jack currently works at eSentire as a Product Manager, specializing in Endpoint Security since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Team Lead in the Security Operations Center (SOC) from 2020 to 2022. In this position, they were responsible for the career development, training, and mentoring of a team of analysts, conducted interviews for new hires, and implemented measures to enhance efficiency in the SOC. Before becoming a Team Lead, Jack worked as a Senior SOC Analyst at eSentire from 2019 to 2020, and as a SOC Analyst from 2018 to 2019. Prior to joining eSentire, they gained experience as an IT Service Desk Technician at Conestoga College from January to April 2018.

Jack Fahel completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at York University in 2013. Later, in 2017, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology Network Security at Conestoga College. Jack Fahel obtained certifications from Pragmatic Institute, including PMC Level I in August 2022 and PMC Level II in August 2022.
