Tia (Yatia) Hopkins is an accomplished professional in cybersecurity and technology leadership, currently serving as Co-Owner and Head Coach of Carolina Stars Football since August 2024, while also working at eSentire as Chief Cyber Resilience Officer (Field CISO) and Field CTO since November 2017. Tia has held various leadership roles at eSentire, including VP of Cyber Risk Advisory and Solutions Architecture, and was a Senior Solutions Engineer. Tia is a Lifetime Member of the Digital Directors Network and serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Katz School at Yeshiva University, where Tia authored courses on Network, Data, and Communications Security. Tia's contributions to education include guest lectures at The Wharton School and NYU Tandon School of Engineering, focusing on cybersecurity topics. Tia's academic qualifications include a PhD in Cybersecurity Leadership from Capitol Technology University and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
