Nele Kreyßig

Nele Kreyßig has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they worked at Helm AG as both a Trainee and an International Product Manager until 2011. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Real Estate Manager at The Nest Saigon and as part of the Executive Search team at Egon Zehnder. In 2014, they began their own venture as a Speaker and Author, focusing on the importance of prioritizing cultural value contributions in organizations and society. In 2017, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director of HRperformance Institut. Nele also worked as an Instructor and Senior Consultant at MotivationsPotenzialAnalyse MPA from 2014 to 2021. In 2022, Nele joined esentri AG in the roles of Director Future Work and Principal Consultant. Additionally, they became a Lecturer of "Organizational Psychology" at Hochschule Heilbronn.

Nele Kreyßig has a diverse education history. In 2008-2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Avans University of Applied Sciences. Later, in 2014, they obtained certification as a Zertifizierte Expertin für die MotivationsPotenzialAnalyse MPA from motivation analytis - Institut für Motivationspotenziale.

Nele further expanded their knowledge by attending the Corporate Work - Institut für nachhaltige Kompetenzentwicklung from an unspecified start year to 2015. During this period, they earned credentials as a Systemischer Management Coach (SMC)® & Systemischer Team Coach (STC)®.

In 2016, Nele attended the Business Akademie Profileon, where they became a Geprüfte Business Trainerin BDVT.

In terms of more recent education, Nele completed their Zertifizierte Beraterin für Mindfulness in Organisationen (MIO-Beraterin) program at Mindful Leadership Institut in 2020.

Additionally, Nele has obtained certifications such as Zertifizierter Working Out Loud (WOL) Coach from Working Out Loud in September 2020 and was recognized as a finalist in the European Trainings Award 2019/2020, specifically in the New Work category, by BDVT - Berufsverband für Training, Beratung und Coaching in November 2019.
