Alexander Hernández Fuentes

Alexander Hernández Fuentes has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Alexander began their career as a Barista at Organización Carvajal in 2009 and later worked as a Barista and Coordinator of the area at André Carne de Res. Alexander then transitioned to a role as a Training Facilitator, where they developed databases and statistical reports for the company's processes. Alexander also served as the Director of Training, overseeing the implementation of training processes and ensuring their application in the restaurant's operations. Alexander later worked as an Auditor of Quality and Customer Service, where they audited and established performance indicators to improve customer service. Alexander then joined ESET in 2016 as the CFO and Senior Partner. Finally, in 2019, they became a Partner and Board Member at Black Comunicaciones y PR.

Alexander Hernández Fuentes completed an Executive MBA from INALDE Business School in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Business Administration from Universidad EAN between 2012 and 2016. Their earlier education includes a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, completed between 2007 and 2010.
