Tony Anscombe

Tony Anscombe is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various strategic roles. Currently serving as Chief Security Evangelist at ESET since April 2017, Tony also holds positions as Global Security Evangelist and Industry Partnership Ambassador within the same organization. In addition, Tony mentors emerging talent in cybersecurity at Startup Wise Guys and has been a board member for the National Cyber Security Alliance since June 2019. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at AMTSO, VP of Industry Relationships and Product Compliance at AVG Technologies, and Director of Consumer Products at Avira GmbH. Tony's foundational career in cybersecurity began at Stonesoft as Director for Northern Europe, and there is a background in business development and management across multiple firms within the industry. Educational credentials include studies at Bournemouth and Poole College.
