Allison Johnson, NCIDQ, IIDA, is an accomplished Associate and Senior Interior Designer at ESG | Architecture & Design since April 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at DLR Group from October 2018 to April 2022, focusing on integrated design solutions for architecture and interiors, and as an Interior Designer for the National Design Team at RSP Architects between May 2014 and September 2018, specializing in corporate office design. Allison began in the field as an Interior Design Intern at both RSP Architects and Lucy Interior Design, where foundational skills in space planning, material selection, and client presentations were developed. Earlier experience includes an internship in human resources and safety at Ariens Company, where organizational and safety management skills were honed. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota, with additional educational experiences at Parsons School of Design and ACCENT Rome.
