Alma Lorena Aguilar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at ESG Operations, Inc. since June 2016, Alma leads strategic HR and safety initiatives. Previous roles include HR & Safety at Beasley Flooring Products, Inc., and Human Resources Manager at H & CS Services, LLC, overseeing HR operations for one of Georgia's largest ambulance service providers. Earlier experiences include HR Generalist and Office Manager at BLC Hardwood Flooring, L.L.C., and Membership Manager for the Hispanic Initiative at Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia. Alma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from Georgia College & State University, complemented by a minor in Latin American & Caribbean Studies.
