Richard Bettencourt

Richard Bettencourt has a diverse work experience. Richard currently works at Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) since February 2022, where they hold the position of Project Engineer. Prior to that, they were a Project Coordinator at ESI from February 2019 to February 2022. Before joining ESI, Richard worked at Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Operations Associate from May 2018 to January 2019. Richard also has experience as a Project Management Office Intern at Mountain West Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company from October 2017 to May 2018. Additionally, Richard has a background in football, having served as a Student Athlete at the University of Wyoming from January 2014 to December 2017 and also working in the Football Recruiting Office from August 2017 to December 2017. In this role, they assisted in the management of potential and current recruits, set up recruiting trips, evaluated film on potential recruits, and connected recruits and staff.

Richard Bettencourt earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Finance from the University of Wyoming from 2014 to 2017. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wyoming College of Business. In December 2021, they obtained certification as an OSHA 30 Certified professional from Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI).
