Julia Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Julia currently works at the CNIB Foundation as the Commercial Accessibility Lead, a role they have held since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at eSight Eyewear as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, where they focused on promoting accessibility and inclusion for people with low vision. Julia's experiences also include serving as a board member for the Lewis Vision Improvement Foundation and as a client advisor on the advisory board of eSight Corporation. Additionally, they have held leadership roles at Ryerson University and the Management Board Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area.
Julia Lewis obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree, majoring in Chemistry, from the University of Manitoba and Carleton University. Julia completed this degree between 1976 and 1979.
Subsequently, they pursued a Masters Diploma in Industrial Health (D.I.H.) from the University of Toronto. Julia earned this diploma over a period of four years, from 1991 to 1995. No specific field of study was specified for their master's program.
