Cindy Costiera

Cindy Costiera is a seasoned professional in the construction claims industry, currently serving as the National Construction Claims Manager at ESIS, Inc. since November 2017. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of Assistant Vice President in the Wrap-up Claim Department at Aon Construction Services Group from April 2012 to November 2017. Educationally, Cindy earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from St. John's University School of Law between 1989 and 1992.
