Victoria Aiese

Victoria Aiese has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Victoria is currently working at Eskalera Inc. as a Sales and Marketing Specialist since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Relationship Manager for firmwide campus recruitment events, with a senior role from April 2022 to November 2022 and a specialist role from October 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they served as an Event Marketing and Project Manager at King Creative from September 2020 to October 2021.

Victoria also has experience in the event industry, as they worked at fun dept. as a Director of Team Building and Events from April 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they focused on proposal writing, event budgeting, team building and events design, venue partner inquiry and acquisition, site visits, event logistics coordination, invoicing, staffing, and virtual engagement for remote clients. Victoria also took on the role of Team Building and Events Coordinator at fun dept. from September 2018 to April 2019.

In addition, Victoria worked as a Server/Closer at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant from September 2015 to March 2020, where they honed their communication skills, provided excellent customer service, and became adept at using the Aloha POS system. Victoria also worked at Yelp as an Account Executive for a brief period in 2018, where they marketed advertisements to businesses using Salesforce.

Prior to that, they gained experience in leadership and sales as an Executive in Training at Target from June 2017 to August 2017, managing a team and motivating them to achieve sales goals. Victoria also had a marketing internship at Mammaproof in January 2017, where they conducted demographic studies, collaborated with the CEO on marketing tactics, and gained insights into running a business abroad.

Victoria Aiese attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School from 2010 to 2014, where they studied vocal music. Victoria then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Industry Management (HSIM) at the University of Delaware from 2014 to 2018.
