Lut Oosterlinck

Lut Oosterlinck has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR management and business partnering. They started their career as an HR Recruiting Manager at Northview Hotel Group, where they managed recruiting, onboarding, and housing for a large resort. They then moved on to Bayer Crop Science, where they held several roles, including HR Business Partner and HR Team Lead at Bayer Direct Services. At Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials, Lut served as the Director of People and Culture Europe. Their most recent position was as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at BASF. Lut is currently working as an HR Director at Esko.

Lut Oosterlinck completed an Executive Master Class in Human Resources at Vlerick Business School from 2016 to 2017. In 2012 to 2013, Lut attended INeKO Köln for systemic coach and change management, but did not obtain a degree. From 2008 to 2011, Lut earned a US Certification Program - PHR in Human Resources from SHRM. Lut also holds a certification as a Certified Practitioner in NLP from het Ontwikkelingsinstituut.
