Aleksandra Fiedorowicz

Aleksandra Fiedorowicz possesses extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as Recruitment Team Leader and Data Analyst at eSky Group since October 2017, with previous roles including Payroll Specialist and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior to eSky Group, Aleksandra worked at Human Resources Poland as a Recruitment Specialist, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various sectors, and previously held positions at EURO WORK and CYCLAD focusing on recruitment for technical, logistics, and IT roles. Aleksandra began in the recruitment field as an assistant at Job Impulse. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Pedagogy from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
