Krzysztof Pawlus

Krzysztof Pawlus has a diverse work experience in the broadcast engineering and production field. Krzysztof started their career in 2008 as a Technical Director and Video Editor at TVS, where they were responsible for technical directing and video editing for various broadcasts, including news and live shows. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Technical Director at Promus, where they mixed live concerts and TV shows. In 2014, they also took on the role of Assistant Technical Director at Multi Production during live speedway matches.

In 2016, Krzysztof joined TVN Grupa Discovery as a Camera Operator for a brief period. Krzysztof then moved to the ESL FACEIT Group [EFG] in 2016 and held multiple roles, including Broadcast Engineer and TV Technical Director. In 2018, they were promoted to Broadcast Engineer Lead / TV Technical Director and later became the Head of Broadcast Engineering in October 2020. During this time, they gained extensive experience in broadcast engineering and technical direction.

As a freelancer, Krzysztof worked for Telewizja Polsat sp. z o.o. in 2019 as a Broadcast Engineer and Technical Director on OB Trucks during sports events. Krzysztof also worked for NEP Group, Inc. in 2021 as an Engineer in charge at the WRC SECTO Rally Championship Finland, responsible for the technical setup of the "Line-cut" section.

Krzysztof Pawlus obtained a Diploma of Education in Camera Operation and Video Editing from the Warsaw Film and Television Academy between the years 2007 to 2009.
