Michele Attisani

Michele Attisani is currently the Chief Business Development Officer at ESL FACEIT Group [EFG], where they focus on creating communities beyond gameplay in the videogame industry. Before joining ESL FACEIT Group, Michele was an Angel Investor and Advisor for various companies, investing in over 40 companies including Truelayer.com, Fabrica.land, and Scalapay. Michele also served as a Pledger at Founders Pledge, committing to leverage their success for philanthropy. In 2012, Michele co-founded FACEIT Ltd., the largest esports platform globally, and served as the Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer until 2022 when the company became part of ESL FACEIT Group. Michele also co-founded StartMiUp in 2012. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Michele worked as a Senior Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle and in Corporate Services at Pirelli Real Estate, where they handled lease and capital market transactions and worked on the strategy for a €500M RE fund. Michele was also part of the Global Corporate Service Team at Newmark Knight Frank.

Michele Attisani's education history includes studying European Economics at the Università degli Studi di Milano. Additionally, they have also served as a mentor and organizer at Lean Startup Machine.
