Cwpm Deena Rodriguez

Deena Rodriguez, CWPM, has over 25 years of experience in the workforce, predominately in human resources and wellness program administration. Deena has been with ESL Federal Credit Union since April 1997, initially serving as a Wellness Administrator and later as an HRIS & Wellness Administrator since June 2007. In this role, Deena is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the HRIS and promoting wellness initiatives that enhance employee health and well-being. Prior to this, Deena worked as a paralegal at Davidson Fink LLP from February 1995 to April 1997 and at Gallo & Iacovangelo, LLP from August 1988 to June 1990.
