Ismael Cabrera has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and telecommunications. Ismael started their career in 2002 as a Bilingual Assistant Store Manager at Verizon Wireless, where they were responsible for the success of retail locations and kiosks. Ismael trained and managed a team of Sales and Customer Service Representatives and resolved customer escalations.

After leaving Verizon Wireless in 2010, Ismael worked as a Client Relations Manager at Cellution Inc. In this role, they served as a liaison between top corporations and their wireless service providers, managing client relationships and providing technical support. Ismael also played a key role in streamlining the customer experience and achieving significant cost savings for clients.

In 2012, Ismael joined MVP Health Care as a Service Desk Analyst, where they provided support and resolved technical issues. Ismael then moved on to Maximum Wireless in 2014, working as an IT Service Desk Manager. Ismael was responsible for managing the company's service desk operations.

Ismael founded their own consultancy firm, Cabrera Mobility Consulting, in 2017. As an Enterprise Mobility Consultant and Owner, they helped businesses manage mobile devices and telecom expenses efficiently and securely. Ismael focused on simplifying IT processes and achieving a great return on investment for clients.

In 2020, Ismael joined ESL Federal Credit Union as a Desktop Support Supervisor. Ismael was responsible for supervising the Network Support Technician and supporting over 800 employees in a virtual environment. Ismael managed a significant equipment budget for the organization.

Ismael's current role at ESL Federal Credit Union is as a Business Systems Analyst, which they began in 2022.

Ismael Cabrera obtained their High School Diploma in Automotive Technology from Monroe Community College from 1993 to 1995.
