Leo Iacobelli

Soon after joining the company in 1997 as investment manager, Leo played a key role in launching ESL Investment Services, LLC (ISLLC), a subsidiary of ESL Federal Credit Union. In 1999, Leo was appointed Vice President. A short time later, he was named President & Chief Operating Officer (2003). Under his direction, ESL’s Wealth Management business has flourished.

Today, Leo serves on the ESL Senior Management Team as senior vice president, Director of Wealth Management. His accountabilities include direct oversight of ESL Investment Services LLC, ESL Trust Services LLC, and Cooper Haims Advisors, while also playing a critical role in helping execute the organization's broader corporate planning initiatives. Previously, Leo has held various investment executive positions, including at Chase Investment Services Corporation. Leo earned his bachelor’s degree in management, with a concentration in finance, from St. John Fisher College.

Active in the local community, is on the Board of IACKids, a local charity that assists families with sick children, and is a member of the St. John Fisher College Dean’s Leadership Circle.
