Natalie B. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Natalie started their career at Verizon Wireless in 2002 as an Assistant Manager, where they assisted in managing technical service, customer service, and sales teams. Natalie was later promoted to the role of Store Manager, overseeing a staff of 12 employees and handling various responsibilities such as budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing inventory turnover. In 2011, Natalie joined JPMorgan Chase as a Mortgage Banking Supervisor, overseeing mortgage banking operations. Natalie then moved on to ESL Federal Credit Union in 2015, where they currently hold the position of Processing and Underwriting Manager.

Natalie B. attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating with a B.S. in Marketing from the Saunders College of Business.
