Nikhil Neil began their career in 2012 as a Customer Care Services at Hinduja Global Solutions. In 2014, they joined Serendipity Infolabs Pvt Ltd as a Customer Service Associate, where they answered calls professionally to provide information about products and services, took and cancelled orders, obtained details of complaints, kept records of customer interactions and transactions, and processed orders, forms and applications. In 2016, they joined ESMSYS LLC as an Operations Manager, and later held two Team Lead roles.
Nikhil Neil completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business/Commerce, General from Kakatiya University between 2018 and 2020.
