Claudia Ocera

Claudia Ocera serves as the Lead Instructional Technologist at ESMT Berlin since August 2019, focusing on the creation of learning content and digital experiences for various online and blended courses. Claudia previously held roles such as E-Learning Manager and Programme/Learning Manager at the Digital Marketing Institute, where responsibilities included managing the online student experience and designing e-learning materials. Prior experience includes managing operations at CEI Group, leading project coordination for international volunteer programs at Service Civil International, and overseeing internship programs at Taegukgi Exchange. Claudia holds a Master's degree in Applied E-Learning from Technological University Dublin, along with postgraduate qualifications in Digital Marketing and Applied Languages and Translating.
